Our Story
In 1972, Allyn Schlauder was 19 years old and started a company with nothing but a work ethic and a belief that businesses deserved better service than they were getting. That company became Source 4 Industries.
Over 50 years later, the approach has not changed. We still show up on time. We still do the work ourselves. We still answer the phone when you call. The only things that have changed are the size of our warehouse, the number of people on our team, and the scope of what we can handle.
Source 4 Industries is a full-service industrial contractor. Our pallet rack division designs, permits, supplies, installs, inspects, and repairs warehouse racking systems across Southern Nevada. We have an in-house PE-licensed structural engineer who handles seismic calculations and stamped drawings. We stock used racks in our North Las Vegas warehouse. And we hold Nevada State Contractor licenses with a $3.95 million limit.
This is not a side business or a franchise. This is four generations of one family, doing real work in Las Vegas.

Allyn Schlauder
CEO and Founder
Allyn started Source 4 Industries in 1972 at 19 years old. Over 50 years later, he is still here every day, working 12-hour shifts and setting the standard for everyone on the team. His philosophy is simple: do honest work, treat people right, and never cut corners.
Curt Ross
President
Curt oversees daily operations and makes sure every project runs smoothly from the first phone call to the final inspection. He brings decades of industry experience and a direct, no-nonsense approach to problem solving.
Dewayne Garlick
Accounting and Design
Dewayne is the longest-tenured employee at Source 4 Industries. He handles accounting, cost analysis, and rack system design. If you have a question about pricing or layout, Dewayne has the answer.
Kristi Crofford
Project Coordinator
Kristi keeps every project on track. She coordinates between sales, engineering, permitting, and installation to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. She is the reason your project timeline stays on schedule.
Benjamin Solorio
Project Manager
Ben manages installation projects on-site, ensuring everything is built to spec and to code. He leads our install crew and handles quality control from the ground up.
Mel Hedgepeth
Sales
Mel is often the first person you will talk to when you contact Source 4. He visits your site, understands your needs, and puts together a solution that works for your operation and your budget.
Adam Schweitzer
Sales
Adam works with businesses across the Las Vegas valley to design storage solutions that fit. He brings a practical approach and will tell you what you need, not what costs the most.
